CANCELLATION POLICY
The Detroit Batting Academy has become the finest indoor
training and teaching center in Michigan. With our outstanding staff
and programs we have gained popularity and confidence of many. Due to
the great demand in our teaching programs, we have found it necessary to
adopt a 24-Hour cancellation policy. The Policy is designed to be fair
for players, parents and instructors.

The player and/or parent will be responsible to call
24 hours in advance to cancel and reschedule appointments or the players
is responsible for a $30.00 Fee and loss of a lesson.

The DBA and the instructor will be responsible if we
double book the lesson, if we don't schedule the right times for the
appointment or the instructor calls in. We will be responsible to
call and reschedule appointments or we will give the player free 1/2
hour cage rental to be used at anytime.
We at the DBA along with the players think this kind of
team work will build a very successful relationship for the future.
